just like in the game make it so scp 096 can use his abilities

- try not to cry: will lean on wall and not try to cry to ambush you

- make npcs run if they hear scp 096 crying (can be countered with try not to cry)

- charge: scp 096 will charge at great speeds destroying everything in its path

- force open: 096 can force open doors like in scp sl or just break them down

basicly making scp 096 harder and just like in the game

try not to cry will only be used if theres a enemy nearby

charge is used if enemy is getting away
