Photo 'Weapon'
I thought a swep of an image of it would be cool, it would be facing the opposite direction of the player when equipped and right clicking would turn the photo towards you. If there's an active 096 in the map, it would go after you if you look at the image, or if you face it the opposite way any NPC seeing the photo would enrage him

Yes, I also thought of another idea, a bag. If you left click on 096 with the bag, you will put it over his head, which would not enrage him if you look at his face, or any other NPC looks at his face. He would still enrage if you, or an NPC looked at the photo though.

And maybe have him the ability to jump really high or climb

I wanted both the bag and the photo, I also wanted tho have 0 traces of the victims other than just a blood splatter. Other than that, he is pretty lore accurate to the actual one.
