well i suggest it does a 1 hit kill because that's what it does even in the canon

i mean he didnt literally just swipe them and they were dead, he tore them apart, which takes a good amount of time even for him.

Like a convar to have a rage timer with a cooldown or have that be a separate npc

Idea, when 096 has been killed and from what i've heard will be in the new animations you guy are doing. give the ability to revive him or make is so after a few seconds or minutes he sinks into the ground and despawns
