is there anyway to at least get the ZC to be able to build Bacta Tanks? otherwise all heroes are pretty much unusable on the ground aside from Fenn (if he still has his health regen)

I posted this somewhere else, is it possible to have another sub mod that allows galaxy conquest resources back to being just credits? Really like the new battle format.

Would it be possible to make it so if you capture Kuat you can upgrade Tyber Zann to the eclipse because in regular forces of corruption campaign you capture the eclipse.
