Seems like you are stuck with conflicting mods, if not, you need CSS and need to run it at least once, and mount it.

If having CSS mounted and HDR enabled and no other addons loaded still causes you issues, then your game has some other problem we can't help you with. You'll have to figure it out on your own, because it isn't the map maker's fault.

it did not exist when i first played the game dont know why it happens :(

try verifying your files, I doubt it will work, but its worth a try
