Alright, now that i'm no longer educated and put an hour or two in, I do have to say that Down Strong, based on the rubble summoned, can deal up to 32-36% and can kill off the top of the screen to anyone around Tamat's weight or lighter if they are standing on top of the crosswalk when it happens. If this isn't intentional, then you might want to reduce the amount of rubble summoned.

Up special is nearly impossible to land and seems basically useless because of that. maybe make the pole swing around more times.
