Disable settlement labels
Settlements have labels on all the time. For some weird reason this hugely effects my FPS.
It already gave me bad FPS in the vanilla version when i would press space-key and have them on, then move around the map with the cursor.

Is there anyway to only show the labels on hover?

Yes in the general gameplay settings bro, set settlment labels to none and press space to toggle them on and off

You can disable settlement labels by pressing the "N" key.
If you press other keys like K and J it will also disable other parts of the ui.
