i see i have attached a wrong picture( have had cursor on a wrong position). Anyway it seems you know what i am talking about. So you do mean a lvl4 recruitment administration building? The one which will completely remove foreign conversion and will only convert to my nationality but also deny a foreing recruitment?
You might get some high unrest along the way though.
lvl 3 : 80% skythian , 50% bosphoran
lvl 4 : 80% skythian , no bosphoran and in building browser it shows that it will also remove bosphoran recruitment, which makes sense given i am trying to completely convert a settlement.
LVL4 according a tooltip , should apply only my native culture. But there are also polis buildings , so i will need to decide, where and which ones i want to leave be Bosphoran because of better infantry options.
