it's with a heavy heart and frustrated mind that I have to let you know that we have hit a snag with our planned release for the 27th.
To keep it nice and simple, we are experiencing issues where even after just 1 turn, saving and then loading the campaign will crash/corrupt the game. So, as much as I want to honor the planned release date, I don't think any of you deserve to experience that.
We all know what a bad release looks like from game companies, and though we are modders, we don't want to fall into the same trends.
We will try to update you all daily here (don't worry, we won't ping, it will be up to you to check) and who knows, this could be something that is solved before I wake up in the morning, or it takes 1-2 weeks (or more) to solve. I do not know the answer, but being up front about it is the best thing I can do for you all.
I really want to personally thank all of you who have been supporting us, hyping us up and playing RIS. It means a lot, and we are equally excited to bring you an amazing experience, but we need to do it right, and not give you something broken.
Hang in there, and stay with us, I know it's not easy, but we will figure it out and RIS 060 will come out 🙂
Update after waking up, it **seems** that our main culprit has been found, I won't give details and I must emphasize **seems** as it's not been totally proven yet, but initial tests are promising. There is hope that today can still be release. For those of you in Australia & South East Asia I know that maybe it will be a day late, but I hope you can understand. Will keep updating you guys, and the next ping will be the ping of release 🙂
