Anyone see the Elite Tax Building? I'm playing as the Seleucids and as far as a building goes to help early game, this building absolutely takes first pick above all else besides roleplaying reasons. I am making a whopping 40k a turn with these buildings and I'm barely into my 50th turn. No happiness, growth, or stability penalty, it's like a money printing machine. Is it suppose to be used?
