game crash when trying to load new campaign as Rom
game had no issues all day but i wanted to start a new game as rome to try things different but now its not letting me get past the chosing faction as soon as i choose rome it crashes on loading

Did you make sure that in your advanced graphics setting, you have Unit Variation checked?

Well, i did, but i still get CTD on loading any campains. Might be the issue with strategic map
