Like it says, I have all the structure built, and Roman Recruit is there, but the only recruit able units are diplomats and ships. I have the money and afford the units as well, but won't show up in the recruitment panel, Is it a limit or something. I'm first time playing the mod and didn't know if its scripted or something. And in certain towns I can recruit infantry, but not cav. even though I have the stables.
