Bit confusing. I know that raw uranium and raw thorium have a chance to give U-238, U-235 Th-232 And u-233. But what are all of the other isotopes below them? Like. Is leu 235 a fuel rod? and if yes what do you use to turn it into am-242 or pm-147?

Yes LEU is a fuel rod made by putting 3 isotopes directly under it in order into fuel maker and you get resulting isotopes by putting it in a reactor and letting it run until it runs out (you can check how much % is left by using tool for that)

You missed the HEU-233 Fuel rod creating AM-243 and I think it was CS-137
