I found out how to get plastic :D

You need to craft a bucket and go to the Oil Fields. There you can gather "bottled oil" from the oil barrels lying around and then craft it into plastic. You need Cooking 1 and heat. You can light the towers (there is a switch at the top) so they provide heat.

When you craft a flask with the plastic, you will get "dirty" water from the water towers, but it only does 2 points of infection, so it's still viable to drink directly.

You cannot find berries on Kuwait. To get the indigo berries, you have to buy them from a hidden vendor on Icarus.
