where is the first eye for the eye quest?
I swear guides say it's outside the survivor camp but I can't see it

now its only seeable when you get close go there with car and explore it you can find

One is hovering above some boulders infront of the survivor cave where you get the quest.
Another is in the central market in Hawally next to some graffiti.
The last is in the lobby of a Miral glass high-rise next to some flickering static TVs.

Hello guys! Sorry to bring an old thread alive... but i cant find the static TVs in the buildings because everything is empty... already saw a few videos of the quest and they have the furnitures, tvs, etc... but i dont...

Do i need to download something else for the map?

You don't need to download anything, the videos you're watching are probably quite old. the TVs are on the bottom floor of one of the penthouses in Miral.

You don't need to download anything, the videos you're watching are probably quite old. the TVs are on the bottom floor of one of the penthouses in Miral.
