just wondering how hard it would be to start off as the USA against the PAVN or VC and have to take over the map but also be able to buy more US equipment suck at heli & planes?

Antistasi is about playing as a rebellion so that will most likely never really be the case. Especially when it comes to buying such assets. Maybe Mike Force is more suitable for that.
