This is probably the most unhelpful issue report, but i dont really know what causes it.
I think it might be a incompatibility with another mod and i suspect it might be yayos, cause i think this mod tries to apply CEpatches or something based on the errors i got and would cause an undefined asynchronous event during world gen causing it to fail

Yeah, that's pretty hard to even try and assume, what could be wrong, haha. You could at least post errors you get.

Looks like the latest patch is causing issues, none of the inventory is showing up

I'm still on 1.2 (for multiplayer purposes) but I keep getting this error when I turn on the mod:

Found this somewhere:

Either whatever is adding this CEPatches.dll is corrupt, or is buggy, or is not for the version of RimWorld you are running.

Press Ctrl-F12 while in the game. That'll generate a HugsLib report, assuming you're running HugsLib, publish it to the web, and provide a link to the log. Follow that link, and search for "CEPatches". The first hit will be the mod that adds it.

No, that's not the cause.
Tried using (latest 1.2 buid):
Core
RPGStyle Inventory Revamped (from Steam)

Got no issues.
I suppose you don't use CE because CE is 1.3 only now.
So it might be that your copy of the mod is actually currupted or some combination of mods interferes.

Thanks for the reply. I turned off all my other mods and the error indeed went away. It only returns when I turn on multiplayer.

Did some searching, what I found:
Compatibility status of this mod with multiplayer is currently unknown, but the original mod was listed as 3 out of 4 (where 4 is fully compatible), and needed the Multiplayer Compatibility mod to become a 4. (And the mod is indeed explicitly listed on that mod's page. https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1629973374)

Not sure if this error is one of the things they made "compatible", and I don't know if that's something you can just request to have them take a look at or not, to make this version of the mod also compatible.

Guess I'll have to use the other version of the mod for now I guess, which is a shame because in comparison, this mod looked like the better one.

Try making local copy of the mod and delete CEPatches.dll from 1.2\Assemblies. Maybe it'll help you.

I guess I don't understand what that means. Normally animals don't even have gear tab. Couldn't find / figure the issue.

I really love the mod, but it's preventing animals from being tamed. The tamer will take the food to inventory, interact with the animal, many, many times, then leave without trying to feed anything to the animal.
