Played as Venice, and Cordoba, without much issue. Wanted to play with the expanded features with the forms of government, so I started a new game with Pisa.

The issue is when succession triggers, I get a game over. I have three potential heirs, the eldest being my electee. The "families" tab shows my heir as being the next doge, too.
