What are ally quests? How much should i set the loot rarity to?

What is progress? did I miss a source that explained this? If so, could you direct me to it?

Progression basically remembers your status between engagements. think of all this as being like tarkov.

ah, sorry i didn't see the loot drop rate slider. But what does it do? Does it spawn in items on the map or on the enemies?

I misread. It said amount of loot on spawn.

ammo pickups iirc
stand near ammo giving device and it will grant you at random an item
ex 50% means every give instance of ammo it may also give an item

How can I help my teammates with getting up? When I am wounded they help me to get up but how can I help them?

You may use the medical gears on others, such as the... I believe the AL-2 and the stick that you use to fix 0 health limbs.

How do i loot my teamates and opponents, it keeps saying the 'Use' keybind, even when i change the kebind in the mod options, nvm, i found it, for those still strugling try going up to the corps and pressing 'f', it worked for me
