Restricted Items in Arsenal
So the guys I play with and I have noticed that when we disconnect and load back into the server. If we attempt to load a saved loadout, that it always removes items that are now restricted. What causes them to become restricted? also after getting this prompt the item is removed from the arsenal completely for the individual it happens to. Is this a known bug or something I can fix?

Bumping this as the M-16 weapon and magazines are now restricted for my character which means I am unable to use ammo in my weapon.

The ranking system defaults to true in the mission parameters. When ranking is true items are restricted in the arsenal until you rank up. I disable ranking on my server.
