At first I thought that I could buy this when I get my science machine but then it needed gears(i didnt look at the pic XD) so it was kind of a dissapointment :/

Almost all the goods are possible to be on sell.(The list change everyday.)
And you don't need to build too many vending machines.They will display the same list.One is enough.
So I think consuming 2 gears are worthwhile.

Gears are rare,that's right.Maybe we can use some other material instead?

ya, maybe you could use maybe 3 bones or 3 nightmare fuel :)

Well,using bones or nightmare is kind of unreasonable.
Why is a machine built with these things?
