Where is the military base?

the military base was turned into "Volk Power Plant" and military spawns were scattered throughout the map.

Does it get snow?

No, unfortunately snow does not appear, and there are no snowy parts in the map. However, i've been working on some other "Vanilla+" Maps, and you may have what you wish for soon.

Is there a main quest line?

Yes, you can begin quests by going to Vorkuta.

Why can't i breathe in the deadzone?

You have to craft a full Biohazard suit using Biohazard material to enter the Silo: 22 location, and the oil rig. minor biohazard locations such as the unmarked dock, only require a gas mask.

It should be one of the NPC's inside of the trainyard building, it's been a while so im fuzzy on the details.

Hey, so I scoured the entire trainyard twice, and talked to every npc. None of them offered a quest. I'm starting to think the current version may be bugged?

Entirely possible, could call upon Sketches, since im PRETTY SURE there was a questline
