Well, one can make the roofs not count in the first place like removing the retriction of the roof.

I have just tested it and it works, ill all i need to do is to upload it to the steam workshop, need to find out how to do that first though.

Features:
Shuttles can launch under roof.
Shuttles can go to under roof ship landing beacon area.
Buildings that could not be build under a roof now can.
Buildings that could not be used under a roof now can.
Fixes Obital Trade Beacon so it will drop items even if there is a roof over the whole map(made for caves, turn it off if you are on normal ground).
