Used The Siege as test map. Sorcery School doesn't require Library(EDIT: Huh. On a random map the restriction applied. Did it somehow count the opponent's Library as ours?). Hero's Pets can spawn as Yellow. Portal Raiders can join you if you have slots open and their type matches.(Don't ask me how that happened, but certainly I had a portal raider ranger join up.)

Looks like an oversight on my part to make sure that only player 1's palace will trigger the enable/disable checker. There's a couple other spots that this type of thing was happening so I have that fixed in the latest update. In these cases when there is an AI player it might cause this if the palace is at the appropriate level or they have the right building that would trigger as if it was player 1. This should be fixed now.
Hero's Pets can spawn as Yellow.
Hero's pets can definitely turn yellow if their owner dies, they shouldn't spawn that way though. Or if somehow a monster team hero went into the portal then that would occur I guess. But the hero itself determines what "team" the pet goes on, it should match the same color as the hero that spawned it. So I know that part is functioning correctly in how I coded it. It's possible there are some edge cases I'm not aware of that would cause the spawn's color to be different than the spawner's color. If you see it again try to make note of what hero did the spawning and what the monster was so I can investigate further.
Portal Raiders can join you if you have slots open and their type matches.(Don't ask me how that happened, but certainly I had a portal raider ranger join up.)
Looks like I forgot to add my usual check_strays fix for this mod. Added now.

It's possible for a hero to get stuck in an Otherworldly Portal: they enter, but what they're doing stays as 'Heading to an Otherworldly Portal', so they never leave.

Check out Damage Shield. I don't think I've seen those with it cast it-on allies or themselves.

Not sure how to fix this one, the visiting mechanic is exactly the same as going to any other building like an Inn, Royal Gardens, etc.

Yeah it looks like the monster combat utility spells like Damage Shield, Speed Monster, and Medusa Stare were only castable by monsters on other monsters in their same type. I've updated these so that now heroes can cast them on allies regardless of type.

Some heroes go there okay, some get this error.
I had several mods on. Maybe because of that. more buildings, hardcore, stronger monster lairs, autocast spell, more equipment upgrades.

If i destroy new building during this error by spam click error message cease to exist. freestyle game

Unfortunately if you're using several mods I won't be able to tell if it's More Buildings that is causing the issue or not. If you play with just More Buildings and still see this issue let me know.

Tested with only your mod in freestyle game. This happened at day 16th when barbarian was visiting farmhouse.

Sorcery School > Summon Spider spell seems to have an uncapped amount of spiders that heroes can spawn, and thus everyone gets stuck because of the amount of spiders. Having a max amount of a few would be better
