Odd Bug!
Im not sure if its a mod conflict or what. But it doesnt do it it when I disable the mod.
Anyway whenever I spawn a tornado with extra landscaping tools all the road textures in the area of the tornado disappear and all the buildings disappear.

I can confirm this error. After an earthquake all streets are blue and buildings disapear (even those not destroyed by the earthquake). When I zoom out or disable this mod everything is fine but when I zoom in after I enable this mod again the error occurs.

I might found an workaroud.
1) Disable this mod
2) Repair all destroyed roads
3) Enable this mod
