[ModException] IndexOutOfRangeException
When I disable all mods and only enable Node Controller Renewal 3.0, I can't bring this mod up in-game, even when I start a new game. There are simply no options in the UI regarding this mod.

When I try to enable any other mod along with Node Controller Renewal 3.0, I get this error:

A Mod caused an error [ModException]

Details:
System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Array index is out of range.
at OptionsMainPanel.AddUserMods () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0

It appears that I was able to fix the problem after installing 'Harmony 2.0.4-3 (Mod Dependency)', even though I didn't enable this mod in game.

I got used to auto installation of dependency mods over time, so I didn't bother to take notice of manually looking for necessary dependencies.
