Could be your game issues or anything else, anything in the game including, memory, or anything else. If doesn't work, you could add VJBase, cause i heard it helps DRGBASE to add some assets in a unknown, like way because VJ is only for flying npcs and not standing + climbing NPCS. assuming that, it might be your pc or you are just bugged in a unknownly way.
