how come the ATP's blood is red?

I couldn't change it, but I made the flesh yellow.

it appears you've made the blood yellow, also can you make the soldat and engineer eyepiece and mask a different item, its because the engineer mask isn't glued on and the eyepiece is an object that can be physically grabbed.
