tool doesn't load when on servers
I've been having this problem for quite a while about me having the tool not loaded error

while the other people in the server doesn't have this error

What version and branch of the game are you using?
Does it happen in single player aswell?
Do you have gm_bass3 installed, if so does it work when uninstalled?
Is is fixed after game files validation via Steam?

Im using the lastest version of the 86-64x branch
It doesn't work in single player
I checked the bin file if there was any trace of gm_bass3 and nothing
And I vallidated the games file a bunch of time

p.s : I've tried both the addon and github version of stream radios

Now I was able to reproduce the problem: It happens if gm_bass3 is installed. Uninstall it. It is not supported for the x86-64 branch at the moment. The binary module is installed in lua/bin usually as gmcl_bass3_win32.dll.
The module is optional. It is installed manually and does not reinstall itself. It does provide some extended functionalities, but the addon works fine without it.

That's nice that it works for you now. I will release a hotfix that disables the loading of gm_bass3 on x64 branches for the time being. I will start working on the x64 support of it when x64 is officially released.

Your game version is outdated as it says. Switch to none/live, x86-64, prerelease or dev branch. The "chromium" branch is the last version of branch "x86-64" and outdated by default.
