Suggestion
It would be very nice to be able to quickly buy open borders too.

Great Works -> Have an `All` drop down to show any available great works; instead of having to select each one to find a great work.

In qd_offerautomator.lua you can edit the line that checks for:

objectType == GameInfo.GreatWorkObjectTypes[m_AISellingSubType].GreatWorkObjectType

with:

if (true or objectType == GameInfo.GreatWorkObjectTypes[m_AISellingSubType].GreatWorkObjectType) then

This just gets rid of the check so that all great works show up
