Pinned discussions removed- can include description in doc?
Previously there were four in-depth pinned discussions that explained/broke down details of the dynamic traits and they've since disappeared, being replaced by the google doc. It's nice to have everything all in one place, but the in-depth part is completely lost since the discussions were removed (explaining the #s specifics as to how quickly traits will be changed/gained/lost).
Is there any chance of having those numbers/details included in the google doc?

Seconding this, I kept trying to find where the old values were written since the google doc doesn't show breakdowns. Just a mystery for how many months of exercise must I do to lose sedentary trait lol.

They are hidden. I can bring them back but probably half of that is going to be outdated so will make even more confusion.
