Possible conflict? (fixed)
Lizard brain moment. Posting fix and thing to check here for the next person:
If you have uninstalled/reinstalled mods, they may not start enabled. Don't presume the enabled box for the mod is checked automatically if you have been troubleshooting.

~~Trying to locate mod incompatibility as this particular mod does not function, which is affecting the usability of other mods as the mod settings window does not appear in the esc menu as shown/explained. Thanks for any help.~~

(Mod list removed)

Hi! You can install DMM in the middle of a playthrough (even in multiplayer iirc)

If it isn't displayed in the esc menu, then another mod overwrites that menu. Aside from big overhauls like the star wars ones, I do not know what mods do that. You can use Irony Mod Manager to check it (if you use it)

A possible fix would be to place DMM at the bottom of your mod list. It should (should :P) overwrite the other mod, for the esc menu only of course.

It was solely due to me having a smooth brain moment and not ensuring that the little green "enabled" switch was ticked in the playset manager via the launcher. No mod bug, just a troubleshooting step skipped inadvertently by me.
