Same problem, no ships available and no cargo transport between italy and brazil, so this mission is completely broken.

It is not a bug, it’s a feature: You shall not do the intercontinental shipping: An automated shipping line is doing the transfer from Italy to brazil and vice versa – but you are able to use ships b.e. within Italy to get the fish from the Island of Capri (or Ischia?) to the Italian mainland.
