I just hopped on CSRP and threw recipe pages in both, and they seem to be working fine there for me. Are you placing a Recipe page in them and it's just not showing the Make Recipe button? Are they both irrigated? Not sure you can even place them without being irrigated but gotta ask cuz I forgot to try before I logged off.

If your still having problems and can link me your mod list I can see if there is a possible conflict I need to resolve.

The only mod i can see that might cause an issue is ultra stacks because its not been updated, can try without that mod. I cant seem to reproduce those tables not working. If it is the stack mod, there are ini options now adays for changing stack sizes and making things like honey and mutton stack. I'll keep looking though.
