Only if you'll somehow unpack the map addon and delete all the lines of code that contain malicious/scary for you content, then yeah, but if you don't have coding skills, then I'd recommend finding another cool version of construct or playing with some lighting and weather addons like stormfox 1, stormfox 2 or atmos to replicate the lighting settings and position from the original gm_construct_dawn map, or making even better lighting settings that will better fit to your taste.
