The gmod function to generate the mesh is a bit buggy and only works 90% of the time.

What map are you trying this on?

There are other maps that have tried de_office

Found the bug :D
It didn't check materials that had the $normalmapalphaenvmapmask flag set. Is fixed in 1.50 that will come out next week.
