Fog control
Hi there,
I noticed that StormFox 2 makes the "Allow StormFox to edit the fog" a client setting, when it used to be a server setting in the original. Is there anyway to turn that off? I run a PVP server where the fog is used to prevent sniping from across the map. I'd like to make sure that people don't turn off fog to gain an unfair advantage.

I'll make a server option.

Added: sf_allow_fog_change and sf_enable_svfog in this update.
