An option to increase the amount of rain/snow/etc?
Since I wanted to see if there was an option to have rain absolutely pouring, but there wasn't an option for that so even if I set the weather to 100% there isn't enough rain for me though.

Particles are tied to your FPS settings. Lower your FPS target in the client-menu and you should see more particles.
