I had something similar when my inventory was quite full and clicked on the rewards for completing a quest. I transferred them to a dino fixing the issue!

Tried trasnferring them, but it didn't work. Description says "Soul harvested from a specific creature" but it dosent say which species is it from. If i try to grind them into shards i get nothing and if i try to craft them into omega token i get an item with "Error detected. Diono Species not found. Was likely create from old paragon soul." This paragon i've got today, so it's hard to belive it's "old" paragon soul.

I think i found the problem. If dino's get wiped after you get paragon soul it becomes "old" and not usable.

Nevermind that;s not it. Any1 having same problem or know how to fix it? Right now i have 60% of paragon souls not usable,
