Depending on your corps retrieval mod, they may just stay at your death location or being deleted by it

Death inv keeper is the only one I know that retrieves them

I have the tomb stone inventory mod in I’ll look in the tombstone when I go on next but I keep everything except charms and medallions that are equipped is there a setting I need to change?

yes. useing not that mod, as it does not know the 2 new char slots

These 2 items come off of your body if you die and respawn at a bed or respawn point (or the other way around). They go in your inventory and need to be put back on. Depeneding on your mod, it may not grab the items before they go into your bag if they are truly not in your inventory. I ahev yet to have that happen though. The bug started when medallions were introduced. would love for them to fix it.

its not a bug at all the mods you use just dont see the slits the medallions and charms are in

Learned that its not a bug per se after I posted this but its not working properly Call it whatever youd like, its an issue. I doubt it wil lbe resolved as its more of a confilct and its not game breaking, but it does cause issues. Biggest for me is having to go sort it back out from all of the other things that ended up in the vacuum when I drop all my loot when I get back to base. Plus the issue others have listed here.

did you have to set any custom settings in the ini for the medallions and charms to stay or just worked?
