Nowhere it's drop only from high tier loot dinos

I found some in loot boxes, I have not found any from loot dino yet.

whats use for this ?

Same as the vanilla one, but works also on normal unbreedable dinos (uniques as example)

Uniques can be bred. Have to use the splicer.

and are unbreedeable by normal means that would block vanilla mutagen
