i am also having this problem. to clarify: it happens if i stop my gportal server and alter any setting. i have altered stack size, harvest rates, and added mods. all of these changes were made individually but as it seems any time i reset the gportal server for any reason the next time i try to join server it shows 0/0 slots and will fail to join. a temporary fix is deleting all saves and survivors however that also wipes all progress.

Enable the option to force respawn dinos on server restart.
