ok now that i have got a template in my inventory it is a file that looks like a skin but it gives me the option to consume and im afraid if i do that wont it apply then make it disappear like a one time used item? Sorry for the question just dont wanna have to redo my whole character customization again..

I've whitelisted every part and I've also tried check-marking the parts for my new template I made but it still don't change over when I 'use / consume' the new template I made. I'm also not able to make any current changes to my existing template.
