Blacklist Engrams?
So you can blacklist rideable Dinos, what about Blacklisting engrams? Ive made a Lizard race on my server and would love to limit their tech level. (Just crafting, not using) I feel it would promote trading. Is that possible?

I realize its not possible atm, I was thinking a feature that could be added.
