A few problems that this item might have...
1. Team Color
Would it be easy for people to identify which Engineer is theirs or not? The color on the clothing might not exactly be distinguishable to some...
2. Hitbox
Since Engineer is basically giant now, would Engineer's hitbox increase?

Those 2 problems are the only ones I can really think up, great work as always Barno.

Yeah, the main problem here besides the team color is that it interferes with the Engineer's silhouette/outline, which since 2007 has been a major uncompromisable aspect of the game's visual design for gameplay reasons. (For all the classes, as covered in the developer commentary.)
