Could you make something similar for "burnt" houses?
Sandbox options can only turn off both burnt houses and survivor homes. Is there anyway you just turn off burnt houses? If this can be done I would also like it so that the burnt houses do NOT replace the survivor homes as that will create too many survivor homes instead and it will be overpowered.

I think you can literally disable them in sandbox mode settings, won't bet my life on it though, didnt play for quite a while

You can disable burnt houses, but when you do you also disable survivor homes. Those are pretty fun to encounter once in a while.
