Unsure if it's a bug but with all of your missions installed and running, it seems to completely boot the vanilla missions. I get like 6-8 (I may be exaggerating the number here as I don't remember exactly) fighting missions and perhaps only 1-2 shortage missions, as well as only 1-2 delivery missions. It's a bit annoying since I play on high difficulties, the combat missions are just out of my league at the moment and they make delivery missions so rare that I can't progress. Was that intended?

I haven't seen this behavior. The script usually gives a couple of the vanilla missions each time it populates the boards on a station. The shortage / delivery missions are controlled by a separate script so the extra missions shouldn't affect those.

Can you show me some military outpost / shipyard bulletin boards, please?

I counted at least 6 vanilla missions and 3 resource shortages on that bulletin board.

I'm not sure what you mean by "completely boot[ing] vanilla missions"

By that I meant that I mean that the delivery missions almost never show up. There is an over abundance of combat missions over "trading" ones and I wasn't sure if that was intended or simply an engine limitation. Or something else, really.

There's three of them on the board you showed me though.

There's going to be more combat missions because more combat missions exist.
