Navmesh
Can someone plx create a navemesh and send it to me? This map need a navemes.

And I'm late almost 2 months lol. But open the map in singleplayer and type "nav_generate" in console. Be prepared to wait a while for it to complete though. The process generally takes a few minutes, but this map is rather large so it'll take a considerably higher amount of time to complete.

Likely time frame. Perhaps a century on very large maps =P
