There seem to be power cells spread around the map that you can shoot with any gun to break. Most of them are behind the boarded up windows where zombies spawn, there is one in between where the first and second floor bathroom connect via the break in the floor. I was able to get a total of 7 I believe, however nothing happened, I suspect there may be more. I'm not sure this is related to pack-a-punch, but it's my only lead.

There are a total of 10 fuses that you need to shoot. After shooting an elevator will be unlocked and you can then proceed to PaP

yeah, locations of the 10 power cells somebody pls? 1 power cell in the bathroom floor, 1 at spawn near Stamin-up, 2? underground (seen at 18m05s here on YT https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FHgucVPd3lI&#t=18m05s ), 1 at cellblock entry, about 3 in corridors behind planks. and the last one? library? cellblock?
