Try reinstalling the map, if it happens on all maps check your keybinds, or try clearing your mouse one keybind (Console Command:[unbind mouse1]) and rebind primary fire to mouse one using the bind command in settings, if it is a map specific problem, send me the map and I will check it out :) good luck 😌
